Beau was adopted from a shelter in January 2011, while he was living in a foster home. I had been looking to adopt for a while, and once I saw his face I knew he was the one! He loves playing and strutting his stuff in front of the ladies. He also enjoys photo shoots -- in this picture he is showing off his new Christmas bow-tie. Because I live far away from my family and only see them about every 6 months, Beau keeps me great company and has helped me get through some tough times. He also loves to travel, and sleeps in the front seat of the car (or on my lap!) on long trips. This week we will be driving from NJ to Maine for the holiday!
